	The Hilton Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, IL has done it again. They ranked #1 for “Hospitality of the Bell Staff” among all Hilton hotels in the Americas for six straight months! They also ranked #34 for “Overall Service” among all Hiltons worldwide (604). Congratulations!

We Get Lots and Lots of Letters!


	In every one of our guest rooms in every hotel managed by First Hospitality Group, you’ll find a “Dear Bob” card. These are simple comment cards designed to encourage specific guest feedback. The cards are pre-addressed to Bob, aka Robert Habeeb, President of First Hospitality Group. Bob reads and responds to every card directly, because as the head of our company, he recognizes how important it is to stay in touch with the needs and expectations of our guests. The “Dear Bob” philosophy of listening doesn’t end with our guests. We also have a “Dear Bob” program for FHG associates. Several times per year, “Dear Bob” cards are attached to the paychecks of every associate, to give those who work in our hotels the same opportunity to share what’s working well, to ask questions or communicate their concerns.
