Yvette Thomas has the Spirit

In the hospitality industry, sales efforts are driven by great guest service. Each quarter, FHG recognizes an associate who consistently goes above and beyond service standards with the Spirit of Service Award. In recognition of outstanding efforts in the third quarter, Guest Service Manager at the Hampton Inn in Southfield, Michigan, Yvette Thomas, was awarded the Spirit of Service. In recognition of this accomplishment, Yvette was presented with a commemorative plaque and an American Express gift card.
